Summer 2021

Laetitia Maurat

Laetitia was a summer intern at CGHR, helping to design a course on Open-source Investigation for Academics. She is a third-year undergraduate student reading law at Pembroke College, Cambridge, as well as co-leader of the Cambridge branch of Amnesty International's Digital Verification Corps. She is an incoming graduate at Columbia University, New York, for the M.A. in Global Thought. 

Nikita Yazikov

Nik was a summer intern at the CGHR, helping to design a course on Open-Source Investigations for Academics. He is a third-year undergraduate reading History of Art at Gonville & Caius College, Cambridge, as well as co-leader of the Cambridge branch of Amnesty International’s Digital Verification Corps.

Ray Adams Row Farr

Ray worked in collaboration with the other 2021 summer interns to develop a course for the University of Cambridge's Social Sciences Research Methods Programme [SSRMP] titled 'Open Source Investigation for Academics'. She's a graduate in HSPS from St John's College, Cambridge and now leads the course seminars as well as working as an Open Source Researcher for Amnesty International.

Jamie Hancock

 

Jamie is a summer intern at the Whistle and CGHR. They are an undergraduate at Peterhouse, Cambridge, about to enter the final year of a degree in Human, Social and Political Sciences.

 

Lisa Klaassen

 

Lisa is a summer intern at the Whistle and CGHR, working on the 'Human Rights Digital Toolkit'. She is an undergraduate at Sidney Sussex, Cambridge, and is about to enter her final year of a degree in English.
