Join the Digital Verification Corps – a branch of the CGHR – in a digital verification workshop run by student experts (Ray Adams Row Farr and Rebekah Lyndon) trained by Amnesty International. This workshop will cover skills needed to identify the facticity of social media images and videos, including establishing provenance, geolocating, pinpointing the time and investigating their source. This event is part of the Amnesty International exhibition ‘War in Raqqa: Rhetoric versus Reality’ at Queens’ College.
